An important question popped into my head, do we really need H4ck3rZ website?
We have done enormous efforts for renew our web footprint and now we have stuff that CAT never had, like the central authentication and social networking but with no result on the activity meter.
Currently almost nobody is visiting our website and no activity is being done except for the projects which are terribly slow because no serious contributers are around, so let’s think for a moment, what will happen if we gave up and stopped H4ck3rZ? Will you even notice?

about the site it’s interesting and it’s almost the 1st arabic community to be like that ……. and thus you absolutely do need it
I was astonished the 1st time I visited the site, it’s fantastic .
your real problem is in groups !!!!
one of the old h4ckers I knew said that the new style of the h4ckers really encourage blogs and individual work !!!
For me I’m not totally agree , for 2 reasons :
1- the new style showed the real weakinings in people … in the forums style there’s no specialization in topics … just general ideas
in the new style …. there’s specialization and thus a transient stage has to come for people that accustomed to old and general-info style and the new style
2- your problem is in groups
Ahmed, If a guy ever started group, he has to be responsible for completing the learning curve of the group topic even alone !!!!!
or else his account may be deleted ….. a dead line has to be made into account for this group to complete
in this way, the group leader has to encourage people or at least him self
what happens if you didn’t do that ? !!!
simply after a time …..people get bored at the 1st difficulty, the group is dead, and even if there’s another interested guy, he wouldn’t participate because the group is officially dead !!!
Imagine the group after 2 years !!!! when it’s dead even interested people won’t find each other because they won’t find a place for them
I’m A and participated in Algorithm group then get bored ,,,, and it’s dead
I’m B and participated in Fedora group then get bored
I’m C and partivipated in both groups then get bored …they’re both dead
I’m D and interested in many fields and all groups are dead
why the hell do I’ve to enter the site ?
So the problem is common between the management and people themselves
you’ve to get new ideas for changing people’s culture and way of thinking
every group manager has must be responsible for people joining in and have to help them understand what they missed even if he has to meet them
people themselves have to be responsible for something

i really think CAT neeeeeeeeds fresh blood and i mean by fresh blood not people who want to learn but i mean and insist to mean people who really know to build a circle and this collect people and choose what is best and make cat only for genius people and others are just users hear about it
in short i mean we need to build new “SKULLS ” team (a film that make the idea for me i hope you see it to get the idea from what i mean)
بالعربى لانى زهقت من الناس المتشائمين واللى مش بيحاولوا يتحركوا خطوه لقدام لا بالعكس بيرجعوا لورا عشان نعمل كوميونيتى محترم زى الناس بره لازم تكون عضوية الكات غاليه اوى عالناس ومش تتاخد بالساهل لاننا كده بنضيع وقت
تانى حاجه لازم تكون الكات كيان واحد لان حاسس ان كل مجموعه فى وادى عن التانين والانفصال ده مشكله بجد تالت حاجه لازم يطلع شغل للناس يشوفوه ينبهروا بيه رابع حاجه ان مش لازم صوتنا يقف على الجامعه لازم تبقى كلمتنا موجهه لكل الناس يعنى المبرمجين والمصممين ورؤساء الانظمه واصحاب الشركات والمواقع خامس حاجه لازم نحاول نقرب ناس محترفه مننا من كل مكان سواء مصريين او عرب او اجانب لان بجد احنا ينقصنا الاحتكاك بالعالم الخارجى فى الكات القديمه ايام ماكنت فيها واخر مره تقريبا شفتها من سنه ويمكن زياده
فى افكار كتيره بس المشكله حاجه واحده ان انت احمد سليمان الشخصيه الاسطوريه اللى عملت كيان للكات بس للاسف كل الناس تقريبا راميه الحمل عليك وبس محدش بيحاول لا يتعلم ولا يعلم غيره وبكده احنا بنتاخر لان محدش بيستفاد ولا بنسيب لك وقتك تستفاد بيه لازم تطلع قيادات تانيه للكات على اعلى مستوى زيك بالظبط ياحمد مع اعتقادى ان ده يكاد يكون مستحيل عالاقل فى الوقت الحالى بس انا متفائل جدا ان شاء الله
انا اسف جدا انى بعدت عن الكات اكتر من سنه بس انا قررت القرار ده وقررت معاه انى مش هارجع غير لما اعمل كيانى لنفسى وارجع افيد الناس واعتقد انى بدات احط رجلى عالطريق ان شاء الله وباذن الله هابدا من وقت للتانى اسجل للناس اللى باعمله واللى اتعلمته لانى فى الجيش حاليا ومبنزلش الا كل اسبوعين فتره قليله بس هاحاول استفاد وافيد الناس وبجد محتاج ناس معايه
اه بالمناسبه الناس اللى ممكن تشتغل لازم تكون
دارسه اللى هتشتغله+ بتحب اللى هتشتغله+تكون من جواها متيقنه وعاوزه تتطوع انها تعمله
اللى ينقصه حاجه من دول للاسف مينفعش يشتغل صح
انا اسف ان الرد مكعبل وشكله وحش ده اهمال اتعودته فى الجيش
